WHY A REWARDS PROGRAM
Here at passports, we know how hard our group organizers work to provide their students with the trip of a lifetime, and we deeply appreciate the dedication and effort you put in. As our cherished partners in organizing educational travel experiences, we’ve always rewarded group organizers with cash bonuses and extra free trips.
Today, we’ve improved upon our point system to bring you the new passports Rewards Program. Same mission, even better rewards. Just one way of thanking you for all that you do for your students!
HOW TO EARN POINTS
With the help of passports early enrollment benefit deadlines, you can start enrolling your group years before your tour departs.
For each enrollment in the year prior to travel, you earn rewards points. The earlier you start, the better!
50 rewards points per enrollment by May 15
25 rewards points per enrollment by October 15
10 rewards points per enrollment by Final Payment Deadline

Join thousands of other Passports group organizers in our extended family! Meet up at a Passports International Training Conference, in locations like Barcelona, Paris, Dublin and more. Share travel stories, advice and aspirations with experienced and first-time group organizers alike, and meet passports staff face-to-face!
Typically, Passports Training Conferences take place over the weekends coinciding with Veterans Day and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, as to align with school schedules. These conferences include airfare, meals, activities and four overnights.
Usually, a conference spot costs 1,000 points for the group organizer, and another 1,250 points for a guest, however, it varies conference to conference depending on the destination.
First time group leaders with 15 paying participants enrolled by May 15th in the year prior to travel automatically qualify for a free spot on a convention prior to their student tour.

THE DETAILS
Group organizers will earn Rewards Points for each application received with at least $495 (or $95 on E-Z Pay). Group organizers receive 50 Rewards Points per traveler enrolled by May 15 of the year prior to travel; 25 Rewards Points per traveler by September 15; 15 Rewards Points per traveler by October 15; and 10 Rewards Points by the Final Payment Deadline. Points can be redeemed for conference spots and personal travel services! Co-group organizers do not qualify for Rewards Points.
Rewards Points are non-transferable. Rewards Points expire three years after they are earned. Veteran passports group organizers, as well as first-time organizers, qualify for the same point schedule and rewards redemption, regardless of their level of experience with passports.
All rewards are subject to availability. Vacation and airline ticket requests must be received at least 180 days before departure.
