Teacher Tuesday: 5 Ways to Use Your Passports Prezitation

Ever since the announcement of passports Prezitations, teacher group organizers have been clamoring to get one of their own. For those of you with one in hand, or considering requesting one, here are some ways you can use it to your advantage:

1. INTRODUCE YOUR ITINERARY AT A PARENT-STUDENT MEETING.

Let’s face it, reading from a paper can be boring.  Instead, use a visually stimulating online presentation, complete with a map, tour highlights and pictures.

2. USE IT AS A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE FOR ENROLLMENT, TRAVEL INSURANCE AND MAKING PAYMENTS.

No need to explain it over and over again to participants.  Each presentation outlines TravelPak Basic and TravelPak +Plus insurance options, showcases your personal passports Tour ID, and explains to participants how to enroll on your tour and make subsequent payments.

3. GAUGE PARTICIPANT INTEREST FOR TOUR OPTIONALS.

Optionals are included in the itinerary outline for each Prezi.  Use it as a talking point with your participants to gauge interest for optional overnights, excursions, dinners, etc.

4. SHOWCASE THOSE PASSPORTS PLUSES.

Each Prezi includes a brief description of what we like to call “the passports plus”: quality hotels, meals and guides, and the most experience in the industry.  Of course you already know all of this, but students and parents should too!

5. SEND IT TO INTERESTED TRAVELERS WHO COULD NOT MAKE THE MEETING.

Each Prezi has its own url. Send it out to students, parents and teachers to increase interest in your trip!

To request a passports Prezitation, call our office at 1-800-332-7277 and ask for your Admissions Coordinator.  Your presentation url will be e-mailed to you within the next week!

As of 2016 we have new and improved presentations using slides.com, call passports for details.
